This Privacy Policy explains how Muvex.ai ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you use Muvex.ai and the website at muvex.ai (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to this Policy.
Account information: when you register we collect your name, email address, and authentication details.
Content you provide: the prompts, files, images, audio, video, and other materials you upload to or generate with the Service ("User Content").
Connected-account data: when you link a third-party account (for example, YouTube/Google or TikTok), we receive limited information from that platform — such as your profile or channel name and the access tokens needed to perform the actions you request. We store these tokens securely and use them only to carry out your requests.
Usage and technical data: log data such as IP address, browser type, device information, pages viewed, and timestamps, collected automatically to operate and secure the Service.
Payment data: if you purchase a plan or credits, payments are processed by a third-party payment processor. We do not store full card numbers; we receive limited transaction details (such as status and the last digits) from the processor.
We use information to: provide, operate, and improve the Service; generate and deliver the output you request; publish content to the third-party platforms you connect, at your direction; authenticate you and secure your account; process payments; communicate with you about the Service; and comply with legal obligations.
To generate output, we may transmit your User Content to third-party artificial-intelligence providers that process it on our behalf to return results. We instruct such providers to process your content only to provide the Service.
When you connect a platform such as YouTube/Google or TikTok, your authorization is used solely to perform the actions you request (for example, uploading or posting a video to your own account, or reading your channel/profile name to display it). We do not use these connections to access data unrelated to your requests, and you can disconnect a platform at any time, which revokes our stored tokens. Your use of each platform remains subject to that platform's own privacy policy.
Where required, our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with: service providers and infrastructure, AI, and payment partners who process data on our behalf; the third-party platforms you choose to publish to, at your direction; authorities or others when required by law or to protect rights, safety, or the integrity of the Service; and a successor entity in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
We retain information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. You may request deletion of your account and associated data as described below.
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at support@muvex.ai. You can also disconnect linked platforms and delete content from within the Service.
Your information may be processed and stored in countries other than your own, which may have different data-protection laws. Where required, we take steps to ensure appropriate safeguards for such transfers.
The Service is not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
